He also had a major dislike for Dominic Toretto when they first met. Most of times he performed missions, he displayed no emotion and coldly followed Cipher's orders without question. Dom then lets Cipher know that Rhodes "picked the wrong target" before leaving to rejoin his crew. During a brief fight, Dom breaks Rhodes's neck, killing him and avenging Elena's death. But after Dom's son is saved by Deckard Shaw, Dom rebels against Cipher and confronts Rhodes, making him miss his shot. When Dom refused, Rhodes tries to shoot Letty first from afar. After Cipher orders Rhodes to kill Dom's crew, he mockingly tells Dom that he would chose who would die first. Cipher lets Rhodes kill Elena Neves after Dom "disobeyed" her during the heist in New York. He tries to shoot her, but Dom stops him when and the two get back to Cipher's plane. However, he is forced to spare Letty after Dom threatens to shoot him in the head, although he retrieved the nuclear football. He is later seen in New York City where he stops Letty Ortiz from getting away with the Russian nuclear football. Rhodes was first seen on Cipher's jet when he met Dom, where the two get in a brief argument before Cipher arrived. Additionally, he was linked to Mose Jakande, a terrorist-for-hire employed by Cipher to obtain God's Eye. He was tasked by her to keep an eye on Owen Shaw and his team, thus pretending to work for only him. Connor Rhodes at some point met Cipher and became her right-hand man and second-in-command, thus being her most loyal ally. ![]()
